Life After Racing > Off the Track Standardbreds  > Speed Racking

Speed racking is a bi-lateral, four-beat gait, often called a 'single-foot' and requires speed, style, class and action to be successful in the show ring. Registering a racking horse requires them to perform a true four-beat gait and the books are open to any breed.

The USTA has partnered to sponsor the Speed Pacing Champion at the Speed Racking Group's Annual Celebration & Trail Ride in Jamestown, TN. For more information on the event, contact Susie Wright at susiew5000@aol.com.
